The episodes, entitled Japanese Treasures, introduced in two 30-minute segments, feature local seafood, especially farmed yellowtail, and local sake from Ehime Prefecture on the island of Shikoku in Southern Japan.

The first segment of 'Japanese Treasures- Yellowtail' originally aired on Sunday, December 27th. The second segment, 'Japanese Treasures- Sake,' will air in mid-January. Wealth TV will continuously air “Culinary Travels” over the next seven years.
