Product guide		Our home-grown grapes were first cultivated in Kikyogahara by Kenichi Shiobara in 1916, and the business is now operated by the third generation. Since then, we have focused on small-scale production that seeks the finest flavor while growing in tandem with our production region. Our wine won a gold medal in the European-style red wine division of the2006 Japanese national wine competition (in which all domestic wines were entered). It also won the grand prize in the same category, as a result of receiving the highest point total of all the gold medal winners.
