Link with the Production Area

In the Tokachi region of Hokkaido, where dairy farming operations have long taken root utilizing vast farmlands, cheese production has taken root owing to the cool climate, which is ideal for food production and preservation. The region is the largest producer of raclette in Japan.
By establishing manufacturing processes such as polishing using soft water from the Tokachi region, raclette is produced to suit Japanese tastes.
