Link with the Production Area

The production area is high in altitude and the climate is suitable for growing the Arabica variety of coffee bean.
It has a cool, rich water source and well-drained soil.
The production started in 1969 by King Rama IX, the former King of Thailand, to improve the lives of mountain people. The production area is working to improve the quality of Doi Chaang Coffee by establishing a producer organization that manages the process from production to roasting by itself, including a unique coffee fruit fermentation method that takes advantage of the characteristics of the water source and soil.
