United Nations Decade of Family Farming（2019-2028）

In December 2017, the United Nations General Assembly proclaimed 2019–2028 the United Nations Decade of Family Farming, within existing structures and available resources, and encourages all States to develop, improve and implement public policies on family farming and share their experiences and best practices of family farming with other States. In response to the proclamation, MAFF conducts a series of international symposium, together with FAO, to share Japan's experience globally.
