RECIPE
Ingredients (For 4 persons)
- Soumen noodles 2 bunches
- green onion a pinch
- oil 1 tbsp.
- salt a little
- soy sauce as needed
How to cook

1. Boil somen noodles in plenty of water. When the water comes to a boil, add water and bring to a boil again.

2. Cut green onion into small pieces.

3. Heat oil in a frying pan, add somen noodles and fry over high heat, using chopsticks to scrape up the noodles. Add a little broth and stir-fry. Season with salt and drizzle a little soy sauce for aroma.

4. Sprinkle with green onion.
