Muroran Yakitori(Muroran Grilled skewers) | Our Regional Cuisines

RECIPE

Ingredients (for 1 sticks)

  • Pork (shoulder or belly) 35g-38g
  • Onion 3g-5g
  • Mustard Approx. 5g
  • sauce (soy sauce, sugar, leek, chicken stock, flour, etc.) 2-3 g

How to cook

  • 1. Cut a block of pork shoulder.
