RECIPE
Ingredients (for 1 sticks)
- Pork (shoulder or belly) 35g-38g
- Onion 3g-5g
- Mustard Approx. 5g
- sauce (soy sauce, sugar, leek, chicken stock, flour, etc.) 2-3 g
How to cook

1. Cut a block of pork shoulder.
