RECIPE
Ingredients (For 4 persons)
- Sweet potato stems 400g (pre-cooked)
- oil 1 tbsp.
- soup stock 2/3 cup
- sugar 2 tbsp.
- soy sauce 2 tbsp.
- red pepper 1
How to cook

1. Cut the prepared sweet potato stems into 4 cm pieces.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add 1, saute lightly, cook in broth and add seasonings.

3. Finish by adding red pepper cut into small pieces.
Recipe Arrangements
The skin of the sweet potato stem may be peeled from the leaves, soaked in water, and cooked as is. Most commercial products are pre-boiled.
