RECIPE
Ingredients (4 servings)
- Isaza 200g
- Eggs 4
- Sake 4 tbsp.
- Mirin (Sweet cooking rice wine) 2 tbsp.
- Light soy sauce 1 tbsp.
- Spinach 50g
How to cook

1. Combine the seasonings and heat them up. Once it starts to simmer, add the isaza.

2. Boil the spinach and squeeze out the water. Cut it into 2-3cm lengths.

3. Lower the heat and pour in the beaten eggs slowly, a little at a time.
