RECIPE

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • Isaza 200g
  • Eggs 4
  • Sake 4 tbsp.
  • Mirin (Sweet cooking rice wine) 2 tbsp.
  • Light soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Spinach 50g

How to cook

  • 1. Combine the seasonings and heat them up. Once it starts to simmer, add the isaza.

  • 2. Boil the spinach and squeeze out the water. Cut it into 2-3cm lengths.

  • 3. Lower the heat and pour in the beaten eggs slowly, a little at a time.
