RECIPE
Ingredients (For 4~5 people)
- Japanese taro 400g
- Soy sauce 1/2 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
- Sugar 4 tbsp.
- Mirin 3 tbsp.
How to cook

1. Use a knife to scrape off the skin of the taro.
