RECIPE
Ingredients (4 servings)
- Udon (thick wheat noodles) 2 bags
- Horumon (beef or pork offal) 150-200g
- Cabbage As needed
- Onion 1/2
- Sauce As needed
- Green onions As needed
- Bean sprouts As needed
How to cook

1. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, the onion into wedge shapes, and the green onions diagonally. Cut the horumon (beef or pork offal) into bite-sized pieces. Take the udon (thick wheat noodles) out of the bag and loosen it. (It's good to warm it in the microwave.) You can also add bell peppers or other ingredients according to your preference.

2. In a hot frying pan without adding oil, grill the horumon (beef or pork offal). Occasionally wipe off excess oil with kitchen paper. Once it's slightly grilled, add the cabbage, onion, and green onions and stir-fry. (You can add a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.)

3. Add the horumon udon sauce lighlty to season, then add the udon (thick wheat noodles).

4. Finally, fully add the horumon udon sauce, mix the entire mixture while stir-frying. Add bean sprouts, and once everything is cooked, it's ready. For a refreshing taste, you can sprinkle yuzu juice according to your taste.
