RECIPE
Ingredients (4 servings)
- Chicken legs 1
- Chicken dumplings 10
- Napa cabbage 1/4
- Carrot 1/3
- Green onion 2
- Mizuna (=potherb mustard) 1/2 bundle
- Shiitake mushroom 4
- Soft tofu 1/2 tofu
- Fried thin tofu 2
- Kuzukiri (=Kuzu starch noodle) 1
- [Soup] Water 1000cc
- [Soup] Chicken soup stock powder 3 tbsp.
- [Soup] Salt 1 tsp.
- [Soup] Garlic (grated) 3–5 cloves
- [Soup] Ginger (grated) A little
How to cook

1. Cut all ingredients into bite-size pieces.

2. Place soup in a pot and bring to a boil. Add the hard-to-cook ingredients first, and heat through.

3. Eat from cooked ingredients.
