RECIPE
Ingredients (4 servings)
- Hatahata (a small-sized Japanese sandfish) 12
- Wheat flour 3 tbsp.
- Katakuriko(=potato starch) 3 tbsp.
- Salt As needed
- Pepper As needed
- Vegetable Oil As needed
- Lettuce As needed
How to cook

1. Remove the head and entrails from the Hatahata (a small-sized Japanese sandfish), wash, drain, and season with salt and pepper.

2. Mix wheat flour and Katakuriko(=potato starch) and dust the Hatahata (a small-sized Japanese sandfish).

3. Heat oil to 170°C and fry slowly.

4. Cut lettuce into chunks and place on a plate with the Hatahata (a small-sized Japanese sandfish).
