This is the time when bears enter burrows to go into hibernation. Hibernation among bears is relatively shallow, and it is at this time they give birth to offspring, leaving their burrows together in the spring. Similar to bears, the outdoor activities of people in this period are markedly reduced, and more time is spent in the house. In this season spirits are low, but it is better to make positive use of the time in the warm indoors.
