Ingredients (For 2 persons)

  • Chlorophthalmus borealis 100g
  • pepper a pinch
  • salt 1/2 tsp (3g)
  • flour 2/3 tbsp (6g)
  • oil to taste

How to cook

  • 1. Sprinkle pepper, flour and salt over the prepared Chlorophthalmus borealis.

  • 2. Heat oil to 180℃ and add 1. When browned, turn over.
