RECIPE
Ingredients (For 5 persons)
- Yellowtail fillet As needed (other fish such as horse mackerel, yellowtail, or sea bream can also be used)
- Soy sauce 100cc
- sugar 100 g
- Sake 100cc
- Scorched sesame seeds as needed
- small green onion as needed
How to cook

1. Grind the sesame seeds used for the sauce in a mortar and pestle to a fine powder.

2. Add soy sauce, sugar, and sake, in that order, and mix.

3. Cut yellowtail into sashimi.

4. Marinate the yellowtail in the sauce.

5. Place the yellowtail on a dish and pour a little of the sauce over the yellowtail. Sprinkle with small chopped green onions.
