Ingredients (Serves 20 people)
- Yuzu Peel 1 kg
- Sugar 800 g
How to cook

1. Thinly peel the Yuzu skin.

2. Remove the pith and divide in 2 or 4 parts depending on the size of the peels. Boil and drain 2 or 3 times and soak in water.

3. Divide the sugar into 2-3 parts and boil down until the liquid evaporates.
