  • Wheat flour 300g
  • Refined rice flour 100g
  • Rice 100g
  • Salt Just a little
  • Soybean flour 100g
  • Brown sugar 100g

How to cook

  • 1. Put the wheat flour, refined rice flour, rice, and salt in a bowl and mix with a rice paddle while adding boiling water little by little.

  • 2. When cool enough to touch, roll it up and boil it.

  • 3. Serve while hot with brown sugar and soybean flour sprinkled over it.
