RECIPE
Ingredients (4 servings)
- Karukan flour 125g
- Japanese yam 100g
- Sugar 150g
- Water 75cc
- Sweet bean paste 110g
How to cook

1. Divide the bean jam into 10 equal portions, roll into a ball, and make a slight dent in the center.

2. Grate Japanese yam, add water a little at a time and mix.

3. Add sugar and "karukan flour" to the mixture.

4. Divide 3 into 10 equal portions in a "karukan mold", place bean paste in the center, and cover the dough over the bean paste with a toothpick.

5. Put 4 into a steamer on high heat for 25 minutes, then unmold.
