Ingredients (serves 4)
- Salmon roe (fresh Sujiko) 1/2 piece
- Sake 1/2 cup
- Soy sauce 1/3 cup
How to cook

1. Wash the fresh salmon roe (raw Sujiko) in salt water, break the roe into pieces in the water, rinse until clean, and then marinate in sake and soy sauce overnight.
