Ingredients (serves 4)

  • Salmon roe (fresh Sujiko) 1/2 piece
  • Sake 1/2 cup
  • Soy sauce 1/3 cup

How to cook

  • 1. Wash the fresh salmon roe (raw Sujiko) in salt water, break the roe into pieces in the water, rinse until clean, and then marinate in sake and soy sauce overnight.
