RECIPE
Ingredients (Easy to make potion)
- Okonomiyaki (Japanese pancake) flour As needed
- Potatoes, Konjac(=yam cake), Sliced pork, etc. You can also use leftover ingredients from oden(simmered hot pot) As needed
- Green onions, Cabbage, Tenkasu (tempura bits) As needed
- Okonomiyaki sauce, Aonori (seaweed flakes), Bonito flakes As needed
How to cook

1. Spread the okonomiyaki batter on the hotplate, thin it out, and sprinkle Bonito flakes.

2. Cut the simmered sweet and savory potatoes and konjac(=yam cake) into bite-sized pieces. Potatoes can be slightly larger for a nice texture, while smaller pieces are more convenient for konjac(=yam cake).

3. Place finely chopped cabbage and green onions on top.

4. Cut the simmered sliced pork into bite-sized pieces and place them on top.

5. Add tenkasu (tempura bits).

6. Pour another layer of batter over the ingredients.

7. Flip it over and cook until the other side is done.

8. Once cooked, flip it again, generously apply sauce, make a light fold in the middle, and fold it in half.

9. Apply sauce again on the folded side.

10. Optionally, sprinkle aonori (seaweed flakes), bonito flakes, etc., to finish.
