RECIPE
Ingredients (4 servings)
- Rice 440g
- Hiroshima pickled vegetables 100g
- Bonito flakes 4g
- Soy sauce 2/3 tsp.
- White sesame seeds 2/3 tsp.
- Roasted seaweed 2 sheets
How to cook

1. Wash the Hiroshima pickled vegetables quickly and squeeze out the excess water.

2. Mix the Hiroshima pickled vegetables with bonito flakes, soy sauce, and white sesame seeds.

3. Place the mixture on nori(seaweed) along with rice, then roll it up and enjoy.
