- Shappa (mantis shrimp) 8 pieces
- Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp.
- Sake 1 tbsp.
- Mirin(=sweet rice wine) 1 tbsp.
- Water 1 cup
How to cook

1. In a pot, combine water, seasonings, and the mantis shrimp washed with water. Bring to a boil and simmer until the flavors are infused.
