RECIPE
Ingredients (4 pieces)
- Harumana pickles 100g
- Rice 400g
- Water 480ml
- Bonito Flakes 12g
- Soy Sauce or Ponzu (citrus-based sauce) 1 tsp.
How to cook

1. Rinse the Harumanazuke (harumana pickles) quickly with water.

2. Squeeze the leaves firmly.

3. Finely chop the stems and soak it in soy sauce or ponzu (according to preference).

4. Spread the leaf on the palm of your hand and serve warm rice on it.

5. Squeeze the soaked stems (from step 3) and wrap them with the rice.

6. Wrap the rice with the leaves and form it into a ball.
