Ingredients (for using 1kg of dried fava beans)
- Dried fava beans 1kg
- Water As needed
- Sugar As needed
- Salt A little
- Baking soda A little
How to cook

1. Soak dried fava beans in water.

2. After soaked beans, boil them in plenty of water mixed with baking soda.

3. Peel the skins after boiling.

4. Add sugar to peeled beans, then simmer until they get soft as you like.
