Ingredients (4 servings)

  • Gaccho (Megochi) 20
  • Karaage flour (deep frying powder) As needed
  • Salt, Pepper As needed

How to cook

  • 1. Cut the” Gaccho” fish into 3 pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • 2. Dip the “Gaccho” in karaage flour and deep-fry in oil at 180°C for 1.5 minutes.
