RECIPE
Ingredients (1 serving)
- “Soba” noodles (dried, boiled, frozen, etc.) 1 bundle
- “Men-tsuyu” (soba sauce) 120 ml
- Shredded “Nori” A little
How to cook

1. Cook the “Soba”(buckwheat noodles) according to the directions, e.g. boil, drain, etc. Wash the noodles under running water and drain.

2. Place the soba in a bowl and top with chopped” Nori”.
