Ingredients (4 servings)
- White fish 100g
- Soy sauce 4 tbsp.
- Mirin (sweet rice wine) 3 tbsp.
- Sugar 3 tbsp.
- Sake 3 tbsp.
How to cook

1. Place white fish and seasonings in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until all liquid is absorbed.
