RECIPE
Ingredients (12 buns)
- Joshinko(=glutinous rice flour) 3cups(375g)
- Water 3cups(600ml)
- Salmon 1 slice(80g)
- Pickled green 80g
- Sweet red bean paste As needed
How to cook

1. Grill salmon and break into pieces. Finely chop pickled greens.

2. Boil water in a pot, and add the flour in batches. When bubbles start to appear, stir quickly with 5 or 6 chopsticks to prevent lumps from forming and turn off the heat. Cover with a lid and steam for about 5 minutes, then knead the dough until soft and divide into 12 equal portions.

3. Spread the dough with the palm of your hand and wrap each filling such as the salmon, pickled greens, and bean paste.

4. Grill on both sides.
