RECIPE
Ingredients (4 servings)
- Rice 600g
- Myoga ginger 8
- Edamame 60g
- [sweet and sour sauce] Vinegar 3 tbsp.
- [sweet and sour sauce] Sugar 1 tsp.
- [sweet and sour sauce] Salt 1/3 tsp.
- [vinegar mixture] Vinegar 1/4 cup
- [vinegar mixture] Sugar 4 tsp.
- [vinegar mixture] Salt 1/4 tsp.
How to cook

1. Wash myoga ginger well, quickly boil, and marinate in a sweet and sour sauce for at least 5 minutes. After that, cut it into long strips.

2. Boil edamame in salted water and remove from the skin.

3. When the rice is cooked, make sushi rice with the vinegar mixture.

4. Add myoga and edamame to 3 and place on bamboo leaves.
