Ingredients (4 servings)
- Yamato-mana 400g
- Fried thin tofu 2
- Dashi (=Japanese soup stock) 1 tbsp.
- Mirin (=sweet rice wine) 2 tbsp.
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Oil 1 tbsp.
How to cook

1. Wash yamato-mana and cut into 3 cm pieces.

2. Cut fried thin tofu into bite-size pieces.

3. Saute yamato-mana and fried thin tofu in a pan with oil, add dashi (Japanese soup stock), mirin, soy sauce, salt, and simmer.
