RECIPE
Ingredients (4 servings)
- Goat meat 800g
- Water 10 cups
- Mugwort 1 bunch
- Grated ginger As needed
- Salt As needed
How to cook

1. Quickly rinse the goat meat in hot water.

2. Pick the leaves off the mugwort, rinse them in water, and drain.

3. Put the goat meat readied in 1, and the water in a pot, bring to a boil, skim off the scum, reduce the heat and simmer until the meat is tender, about 3 hours.

4. Add the mugwort in the middle and quickly heat through.

5. Place the meat and soup generously in a bowl, garnish with grated ginger and salt, then season as desired for each person.
