Home Cooking Class in Dubai

On 10th February 2022 we held a cooking workshop, Home Cooking Class in Dubai, at Mamalu Kitchen, Dubai.

The event was held with support from Summit Trading Managing Director and General Manager, Mr. Shiro Ohkubo, who was appointed Japanese Cuisine Goodwill Ambassador by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

Appointed Japanese Cuisine Goodwill Ambassador in March 2019.
First to be appointed in the Middle East and North Africa.
In July 2020, the Summit Webstore was certified a Japanese Food and Ingredient Supporters by JETRO, becoming the first wholesale food supplier to be certified in the region.
In June 2021 "Summit Hinomaru Shokudo" was also certified as well.
It is the first restaurant to be certified in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
