RECIPE
Ingredients (For 2 persons)
- Pork belly (thinly sliced) 50g
- Deep-fried fish paste 20g
- Konnyaku (konnyaku) 50g
- Bean sprouts 100g
- carrot 15g
- burdock root 25g
- Dried shiitake mushroom 6g
- Shiitake mushroom stock 50mL
- Sugar flavored string beans 10g
- salad oil 2 tsp.
- A] light soy sauce 1 tbsp.
- A] sugar 2 tsp.
- A] Sake 1 tbsp.
How to cook

1. Cut pork, deep-fried fish paste, konnyaku and carrot into thick strips, and burdock root into thin strips.

2. Return the shiitake mushrooms and cut them into thin strips.

3. Heat salad oil, saute pork, add other ingredients except bean sprouts and beans, and saute further.

4. Add shiitake mushroom stock to 3, bring to a boil, and season with [A].

5. Finally, add the bean sprouts and cook briefly.

6. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with beans.
