Ingredients (4 servings)
- Freshly dug peanuts 20 shells
- salt A good amount
How to cook

1. Rinse the peanuts well to remove any dirt.

2. Add plenty of water to a saucepan, along with the peanuts and salt. Bring to the boil, and boil for around 30 minutes.
