Ingredients (2 servings)
- Boiled eggs 2
- Fish paste (surimi) 80g
- Frying oil As needed
- Food coloring(red) 1 drop
- Water 10cc
How to cook

1. Roll boiled eggs in water mixed with food coloring to give them color.

2. Wrap the colored eggs with fish paste (surimi) and shape them.

3. Place the prepared eggs into heated oil and fry them on low heat.
