Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Boiled eggs 2
  • Fish paste (surimi) 80g
  • Frying oil As needed
  • Food coloring(red) 1 drop
  • Water 10cc

How to cook

  • 1. Roll boiled eggs in water mixed with food coloring to give them color.

  • 2. Wrap the colored eggs with fish paste (surimi) and shape them.

  • 3. Place the prepared eggs into heated oil and fry them on low heat.
