RECIPE
Ingredients (10 to 15 pieces)
- Sweet potato 1 medium
- Gobou(=Burdock root) 1
- Carrot 1 small
- Egg 1
- Water a little
- Wheat flour 100g
- Salt a little
- Sugar a little
- Frying oil as needed
How to cook

1. Peel the sweet potato and julienne into large pieces. Soak the pieces in water.

2. Shave the Gobou(=Burdock root) and soak in water.

3. Shave the carrot.

4. Crack the egg and mix the egg white and yolk together. Add water and wheat flour. Also add the cut vegetables. Mix all the ingredients together and season with a little salt and sugar.

5. Fry the mixture slowly at medium temperature.
