RECIPE
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- Egg yolk 1
- Sugar 2 tbsp.
- Condensed milk 1 tbsp.
- Milk 100 cc
- Vanilla essence A little
- Cherries (canned) 2
- Ice 150g
How to cook

1. Combine egg yolks, condensed milk, milk, sugar, and vanilla essence in a container and mix well.

2. Put 1 and ice in a blender and break into small pieces until it is smooth. The trick is to stop when the ice is still in the mixer, as too much mixing will melt the ice.

3. Pour into a vessel and top with cherries.
