RECIPE
Ingredients (2 servings)
- Shrimp 16
- Squid 80g
- Onion 1/4
- Sliced bread (rectangular shape) 4
- Salt & Pepper A little
- Mayonnaise 1 tsp.
- Cayenne pepper powder 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil As needed
How to cook

1. Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with vegetable oil over medium heat until transparent, about 10 minutes, and let it cool.

2. Process half of the shrimp and squid in a food processor to a paste, add salt, pepper, and mayonnaise, and run the food processor again. Roughly chop the remaining shrimp and squid with a knife and mix with the paste.

3. Add the onions from step 1 and cayenne pepper powder into step 2, then mix them together.

4. Divide step 3 into two equal portions and spread on top of 2 slices of bread, then cover the top with the remaining 2 slices of bread. Wrap in plastic wrap and steam in a steamer for about 8 minutes.

5. Heat plenty of vegetable oil in a frying pan to 180°C. Add step 4, and once it turns golden brown, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
