Database for importing conditions

For database users

Please be sure to read the following notices before using the database.
Upon agreeing to the precautions, please click the “Agree and Use” button at the bottom of this section to use the database.

1. The range of plants included in this database

While the database is designed to include plants in accordance with regulation, species which have a wide variety of species or subspecies, such as horticulture plants, are listed only in the name of the representing species.

 

2. Selection of plants

If the combination of plant and part is not accurately selected, an incorrect result will appear. In addition a Japanese name or a scientific name of a plant in the database may be different from a name appearing in some documents.

A Japanese name in the database does not always correspond to a nickname or a name which is frequently used at wholesale markets.
Plants with synonyms may not results correctly.
Finally, this database does not include mushrooms, algae, lichen, moss and processed plant.

 

3. Regulations

There may be cases in which certain plants are not admitted to import due to other regulations even if they are listed as acceptable in this database.
Import conditions may change due to emergency measures, etc.

 

4.Exemption from responsibility

Although we make our best efforts to make the information in this database accurate, we are not responsible for any deeds performed by users of this database.
