Cooking Time

Ingredients for 1 serving
Water - 150ml
Miso Paste - 10g
Tofu - 50g
Green onion - 25g
Wakame (Seaweed) - 10g
Salt - 1tbsp
Bonito Soup Stock - 1tbsp
How to make it
- Boil the water. Then mix well, bonito soup stock and salt.
- Put tofu, and boil for about one minute. Then add wakame, and bring to a boil.
- Stop the flame, mix in the miso, and add green onions.
- Serve the miso soup in a soup bowl.
