Ingredients for 1 serving

Steam Rice - 100g
Salmon Fish - 25g
Umeboshi (Salt Pickled Plums) - 1nos
Okaka (Bonito Flakes) *Please see how to make it below. - 10g
Nori Sheet (Seaweed) - 1pcs
Salt - a pinch
Takuan (Yellow Pickled Radish) - 10g

Sugar - 1tbsp
Soy Sauce - 2tbsp
Japanese Sweet Sauce - 1tbsp
Bonito Flakes - 20g
Sesame Seeds - 1tbsp

How to make it

  1. Make the fish grilled and cut very small pieces.
  2. Take the seeds out of umeboshi and cut small pieces.
  3. Make hot in pan sugar, soy sauce, Japanese sweet sauce and add bonito flakes,
    sesame seeds then mix well.
  4. Keep half rice in person’s palms then place salmon fish, umeboshi and okaka.
    Put rice more and shape rice into a circle with one’s palms.
  5. And roll in nori sheet.
  6. Serve onigiri with takuan putting soy sauce aside.
