Yakitori (Grilled Chicken)

Ingredients for 1 serving

Chicken - 150g
Leek - 80g
Sugar - 50g
Soy Sauce - 60ml
Japanese Sweet Sauce - 60ml
Cooking Oil - 15ml
Yakitori Stick - 2pcs

How to make it

  1. Mix sugar, soy sauce, and Japanese sweet sauce.
    Boil well 10 minutes. Now teriyaki sauce is ready.
  2. Cut the chicken and Leek into 6 pieces.
  3. Put chicken and leek one by one on yakitori skewer.
  4. Add a spoon of oil to the pan and place the chicken on the pan.
  5. Grill gently on both sides until it is fully cooked.
  6. Pour the sauce in pan and wait until chicken boil in the sauce.
  7. Serve it hot once done.
