Tori Karaage (Fried Chicken)

Ingredients for 1 serving
Chicken Thighs - 150g
Cake Flour - 10g
Potato Starch - 10g
Egg - 1nos
Ginger - 5g
Garlic - 5g
Soy Sauce - 3tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Black Pepper - a pinch
Sesame Oil - 1tbsp
How to make it
- Cut the chicken into 6 pieces and marinate with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, salt, cooking seasoning,
black pepper and sesame oil and keep it aside for 10mins. - Add beaten egg to the marinate chicken.
- Mix cake flour and potato starch, and coat the marinate chicken with this mix.
- Now heat the oil on the pan and deep fry the chicken.
- Serve it once it is fully cooked.
