Ingredients for 1 serving

Chicken Thighs - 150g
Cake Flour - 10g
Potato Starch - 10g
Egg - 1nos
Ginger - 5g
Garlic - 5g
Soy Sauce - 3tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Black Pepper - a pinch
Sesame Oil - 1tbsp

How to make it

  1. Cut the chicken into 6 pieces and marinate with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, salt, cooking seasoning,
    black pepper and sesame oil and keep it aside for 10mins.
  2. Add beaten egg to the marinate chicken.
  3. Mix cake flour and potato starch, and coat the marinate chicken with this mix.
  4. Now heat the oil on the pan and deep fry the chicken.
  5. Serve it once it is fully cooked.
