Buri (Yellowtail) Fish - 150g
Salt - a pinch
Oil - 20ml
How to make it
- Take the fish place in a plate
- Sprinkle salt on both the sides of the fish
- Heat the pan in the stove.
- Add a spoon of oil to the pan and place the fish on the pan
- Grill the fish gently on both sides until it is fully cooked
- Serve it hot once done
