Ingredients for 1 serving
Steam Rice - 100g
Rice Vinegar - 20ml
Sugar - a pinch
Salt - a pinch
Tuna - 50g
Tamagoyaki (Egg Omelet) - 20g
Nori Sheet (Seaweed) - 1nos
Cucumber - 100g
How to make it
- Boil salt, sugar, rice vinegar and add to the steam rice and the sushi rice is ready
- Cut the cucumber, tamagoyaki and Tuna into julienne place aside.
- Take the nori sheet and spread the sushi rice in the sheet.
- Place the cut cucumber, tamagoyaki and Tuna on top of the rice.
- Roll together with the bamboo roller and cut into 8 even circles.
