Futomaki (Thick Sushi Roll)

Ingredients for 1 serving

Steam Rice - 100g
Rice Vinegar - 20ml
Sugar - a pinch
Salt - a pinch
Tuna - 50g
Tamagoyaki (Egg Omelet) - 20g
Nori Sheet (Seaweed) - 1nos
Cucumber - 100g

How to make it

  1. Boil salt, sugar, rice vinegar and add to the steam rice and the sushi rice is ready
  2. Cut the cucumber, tamagoyaki and Tuna into julienne place aside.
  3. Take the nori sheet and spread the sushi rice in the sheet.
  4. Place the cut cucumber, tamagoyaki and Tuna on top of the rice.
  5. Roll together with the bamboo roller and cut into 8 even circles.
