Spinach - 250g
Sesame Sauce - 30g
Water - 2ltr

Sesame Sauce Ingredients

Miso paste - 1tbsp
Sugar - 1tbsp
Japanese Sweet Sauce - 1tbsp
Grilled Sesame Seeds - 10g
Peanut Butter Paste - 1tbsp

How to make it

  1. Take a pan make hot all sesame sauce ingredients like a paste.
  2. Boil the spinach 5 minutes in water after that, put in the cold water 2 minutes.
  3. Roll the same with the bamboo roller and cut into 3 even pieces.
  4. Pour the sauce on cut spinach.
