Aji (Horse Mackerel) Fish - 2nos
Egg - 1nos
Panko (Bread Crumbs) - 20g
Flour - 10g
Salt - a pinch
Black pepper - a pinch
Cooking Oil - 500ml
How to make it
- Cut the fish into 4 pieces and marinate with, salt, black pepper.
- Add the flour to the marinate fish.
- Add beaten egg to the fish, then coat with panko.
- Now heat the oil and cook the marinate fish.
- Serve it once it is fully cooked.
