Ingredients for 1 serving

Aji (Horse Mackerel) Fish - 2nos
Egg - 1nos
Panko (Bread Crumbs) - 20g
Flour - 10g
Salt - a pinch
Black pepper - a pinch
Cooking Oil - 500ml

How to make it

  1. Cut the fish into 4 pieces and marinate with, salt, black pepper.
  2. Add the flour to the marinate fish.
  3. Add beaten egg to the fish, then coat with panko.
  4. Now heat the oil and cook the marinate fish.
  5. Serve it once it is fully cooked.
