Oyako don (A Bowl of Rice with Chicken and Eggs)

Ingredients for 1 serving

Chicken (bone less) - 80g
Steam Rice - 150g
Egg - 2nos
Onion - 40g
Leek - 40g
Shiitake (Japanese Mushroom) - 20g
Don sauce - 200ml

Don Sauce Ingredients

Water - 200ml
Soya Sauce - 50ml
Japanese Sweet Sauce - 50ml
Sugar - 50g
Bonito Soup Stock - 1tbsp

How to make it

  1. Take the water, soy sauce, Japanese sweet sauce, sugar, and bonito soup stock.
    Then mix well and boil 10 minutes to make the don sauce.
  2. Take a pan put in the onion, leek, shitake and put in don sauce. Make hot. Then put chicken in it.
    When it became too hot beat egg then put in it.
  3. Now take a bowl and fill rice. Place the mix top of the rice and serve.
