Tahini or Sesame Paste - 5g
Edamame Paste - 50g
Lemon Juice - 2tbsp
Olive or Sesame Oil - 1tbsp
Water - 10ml
Garlic - 5g
Salt - a pinch

How to make it

  1. In a bowl put tahina or sesame paste, edamame paste ,lemon juice, crushed garlic, olive or sesame oil and stir-fry it to fine paste .
  2. Add lemon juice and mix it well smooth paste. [water if required]
  3. Sprinkle salt a pinch or as you like.
